Hugh,

I've been thinking about the 1280 contracts of the DELL 2000 110 calls. Somebody's placing a sizeable chunk of change on DELL's future.

And the fact that they paid $2 more per share than necessary would indicate to me that it was not a simple individual investor, though I could be wrong.

DELL has the cash ~$3million.
DELL knows their numbers.
DELL knows their projected sales.

Add those items in and I think it had to be DELL, providing for their stock buyback program.

This leads to another interesting conclusion, whether my first hypothesis is true or not. Whoever made the buy is fairly certain that DELL will not be going lower after earnings announcement, or he would have waited...

hmmm.... 3 thinks... hmmm.... 3 wonders, Perhaps Hank is hedging his short position. <vbg> hmmmm.... 3 thinks ... perhaps Hank should take his profits now.

I sure am glad I bought the four I did, and five of the 1999 90's today.
