lee- i have no idea- as much of dough is cash right now- i am educatng myself in the fine art of reading trust indentures and bond covenants- what i need is a site that can get me to the covenants in both reg s convertible debentures and bond deals- and "financing" there are many companies out there with these "junk" bonds- and many covenants that if violated put the common shareholder into risk- which will drive down the price- not immediately but in a bear market it will be good to know the difference between rock solid and paper thin regards taxi- see even the cab guy learns a little something now and then- got 500 pages of "yuppie speak" to deal with
