PSIX just caught the istar flu! istar fell from 22 bucks to 1 dollar doing what psix is doing right now. They kept issuing shares for more and more cash while losing them just as fast as they were getting them. Trying to merge all these smaller isp's together is not that easy and only the bigger companies will benefit from all this in the long run while the less mighty has invested all the capital for them just to be taken over for pennies that they paid for. One day this take over of istar is going to haunt psix shareholders as the istar flu will kill your share prices like it did to their shareholders. Just my thoughts and if they are not welcome ignore them but the action of the stock speaks for itself.
