The Supreme Court will decide if the government can mandate citizen purchases with 100% forced compliance. That power does not appear in the Constitution.

Maybe, but then how do you explain this;

Social Security refers to the federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) program.
