I strongly agree, ggersh, if we're talking about the corporate world or non-government jobs, but I also think that the employer should be permitted to fire striking workers.

I see unions and the NLRB as evil. -g-

I respectfully disagree that government workers should be allowed to strike at all. The FAA air traffic controllers that Reagan fired were government employees/federal workers.

The military and federal workers should not be allowed to strike or have unions, IMHO, but I respect your views, my friend.
