Women crave these things, but they are also seem to have in general a better balance between what's important and what's BS.

I think there's a valid argument that much of the sub-prime mortgage mess was due to women harassing their husbands to improve the quality of the family nest.

Not to be sexist.. but men and women have different priorities, and a nice big house is generally more important to a woman than it is for a man.
