SteveG,

<< For bandwidth technologies, I took a pretty substantial position in WCII on friday
ranging from 25 to 26. >>

You don't think WCII is dangerous at all to be invested in here, in this market, with a market cap of nearly 1 Billion on last quarters 20 million in sales? I thought you were Mister Value Investor. :-)

<< Though bandwidth solutions of ANY type are exciting, so many uncertainties make
ADSL a risky investment - especially over the next year or so. >>

What investment is Not risky?? Touching into any future technology resides in the investor/traders own mind what that will become in the future days/years/decades. I believe it is common sense to anyone here that making an investment in a 'story' such as ADSL is just that, a bet on the future. Is your WCII at 28 more risky than AMTX at 14.5? Well see in six months, 1 year, 2 years and then several years later. I'm sure it will be rocky. :-) It's just a little frustrating to see you Constantly talk about this board as a bunch of "hopesters" and/or "hypsters" when you seem to have your own. One of the benefits of trying to predict the future is not knowing exactly what is coming. I have always appreciated that one. It doesn't seem to matter sometimes, though...the copper pots always calling the dark fibre kennal black.

ALL IMHO
