I will take you at our word you are not being frivilous. YOU did not strike me that way. But it will get us no where to wade into the quagmire of definitons.

Better we simply look at the colloquail use of the word greed.

And the best perspective, IMO, would be, would you teach your kid to be greedy. Of course not. Unless you are a sociopath.

If we take the definition further we get into unnecessary esoteria and pedantics that just gum up the discussion.

I work hard to make an honest living and am very careful to not be greedy.
