Hi cluka, Part of the problem in many cases is a local unions failure to read the writing on the wall and stop continuous demands of more pay for the same service. The non government unions have been busted if they did not realize this. The governmental unions will have their recognition in the near future. I agree that manufacturing should not leave our country - but labor all too often forces the issue into reality. Bob
