How do you create equivalency between transferring skills that I have learned during my employment history to a new employer As long as you don't violate IP. Generate IP for the company is part of the job and you get compensated for it David Lam (Research) used to work for TI - TI used to make their own dry etch equipment. Lam got never in trouble for violating TI's IP on this matter as far as I recall
