Good question. I'm not sure how long copyright and patents should last. For sure, I don't think someone should be able to patent a gene in MY body... then charge me a fee to treat an ailment based on this patent. But... I think we wandered well off the NO POLITICS title of this forum so lets get back to AMAT.
