A Dem(not d@mn:) sibling managed to pull me into a political discussion as I was inviting him to a Christmas party. As if that was difficult. He pursued the 'discussion' despite the fact I didn't throttle back at all in my firm belief that the modern Democrat Party is destructive for all Americans. His only arguments to defend the libs were the archaic "Repubs would like to repeal Soc Sec" and "Pres Bush left such a disastrous situation it's taking O over 2yrs to make any positive difference." Without the 'mean old GOP' and 'it's all Bush's fault' retorts, they literally have nothing in their quiver to defend O's failed presidency.
