So Patron, Is the RE Crash finally over ? Or do we have to sit through more of the same in 2011 ? I remember Calculatedrisk's chart showing more loans hitting the wall in 2011.

This whole process has been dragging along the bottom for forever it seems. Yet still I know some underwater folks trying to muddle through.

For example the house I call home hit a low three or four months ago, and has bounced up a very small bit in recent weeks.

So what does the future hold, Senor soothsayer ?
