May try their support telephone tomorrow before heading out the door. If I am unable to connect with a live person I will most likely return it for a full refund.

Good luck, you may get someone live, but not likely with too much brain. And since he/she will have to consult with someone who doesn't know either, you will probably spend a lot on a call which will yield only frustration.

I intend to call the 800 sales number and scream at someone until the transfer me or have someone call back on their dime.

As far as other tools to track investments, if things keep up, I may not have any to track. I have read reviews of MS Money 98 and Quicken, and they still give the edge to Quicken on investments.

I do use MSN Investor, and it is an excellant online tool:

investor.msn.com

I'll probably keep my Quicken. Now, although not a gem like in the past, the best of a bad lot.
