I'm not so sure. Wouldn't surprise me if they let it run on the 23rd - there's still a week to dump before EOY and they'd have 3 days to pump the Hell out of whatever's said on the CC using a PPS increase the next day as validation. There will be tons of selling the week after Xmas tho.
