You've produced the opinion of someone who is far from the mainstream of biology.

He's an information theorist and we now know biology is based on information. Old style biologists don't own the field of life.

Its not a matter of lockwork. Codons could stand for different amino acids.

Going further, its only the rules of the code that defines three bases in a row as codons anyway.
