I live in the same city but I've only seen John once the past two years, the AGM, last spring. I'm sure there is going to be a lot of information during the shareholders teleconference on Wed. Even if I contacted John and asked him for information or updates, unless it has already been reported, he can't and won't tell me.

In regards to the patent process, it seems it is still in process with the firm they have hired to assist in the process as reported in the last teleconference.

The PR that they have applied for patent protection in July 2009 isn't proof of wrong doing. It may have been sent back requesting more information, I don't know anything about patent law or regulations. To be honest, I don't know what happened, do you have any proof other than speculation, that's all I have.

My faith in the company has not been shaken in anyway and more justification for my faith will occur this Wednesday, just like it was last Thursday.
