I'm interested. When growth companies sell notes, don't ask questions, just short it. When was it announced, today?? Plenty of time to short.

Looks like they did it the right way-Conversion price is$103. This means they just cannot short the stock in the 70's. They are taking real risk to buy those converts. Maybe they won't suffer the same consequences as us and maybe Cymer should have done the same thing, make the conversion 74, not 47.
