Here in north east PA the weatherman just announced this fall is the coldest fall on record since they have been keeping records. Thus the warmest year on record tied with 1998 is not only the warmest year on record but than was accomplished with parts of the globe having the coldest fall on record. That is some accomplishment. Again I do not expect any response.
