I'm no analyst, but my feel for this is that UGLY was in a TA downtrend going into earnings (falling from the upper bolinger band with a high RSI confirming an overbought condition), then they reported a loss for the quarter due to the one-time charge (they would have beat consensus estimates with record-high earnings without the charge), then the floor dropped out of the global markets, and this all combined to drag UGLY's downtrend lower than it should have gone, and it's putting downward pressure preventing the recovery now. TA is giving an oversold indication now, the long term growth figure of 30% is still on track, VectorVest still values UGLY at $25 or so. I would definitely think that UGLY is a post-drop bargin stock right now. Sooner or later people will start buying UGLY based on it's fundamentals, if they can see past the last quarter's earnings report.
