ICOP.O $0.46 -0.61-57.01% 10:23am EST Mon Dec 20, 2010 4:44pm EST * Lays off entire staff * Some executives to continue without compensation Dec 20 (Reuters) - ICOP Digital Inc (ICOP.O), which makes security cameras, said it did not have sufficient cash to meet year-end payroll needs and was laying off its entire staff and suspending operations till it got adequate funding. A team of executives will continue without any compensation and help the company seek financing, ICOP said in a regulatory filing. The company said it may not be able to avoid permanent suspension of operations unless it obtains adequate financing soon. Shares of the Lenexa, Kansas-based company, which once traded at $150 in 2004, closed at $1.07 on Monday on Nasdaq. (Reporting by Sayantani Ghosh in Bangalore; Editing by Vyas Mohan)
