"Krantor Announces Settlement of Employment Contract Dispute for $300,000 in Stock": biz.yahoo.com In reference to this report, can anyone explain to me how KRAN is going to "increase [it's working capital] by $300,000 as a result of this settlement, thereby materially increasing itsfinancial position and increasing its net worth by 14 percent." This considering that the dispute was "settled for $300,000 in common stock of the company, to be paid over a six month period." Who is paying who? Are the former employee's RETURNING $300,000 worth of KRAN shares to the company? -dam
