You seem to be conceding the point, which is far from being a good one.

As I understood the remarks, they essentially said, "When we present anything on the topic of climate change, it is important to point out that not everyone agrees it is a problem and in fact there is some question surrounding the scientific basis for the claims".

This is clearly a policy that favors "fair and balanced" broadcasting. Only an extreme leftwing radical organization like Media Matters could take issue with it, and it is totally consistent with the FNC approach of trying to provide balanced coverage of a topic.

It is very much analogous to the situation with Evolution vs. Creationism. The Left wants to rule out any mention of Creationism because it doesn't comport with THEIR beliefs, and all the Right really wants is a balanced hearing of their position. The Right isn't out there saying, "It is like this, period" -- they're saying, "Hey, not everyone believes Evolution tells the entire story".
