Just back from seeing the Ortho surgeon with Lynne. She has been having trouble with her right knee and had an MRI for it. The radiologist suggested she could have a torn miniscus requiring surgery. The surgeon says not so fast. The MRI is not conclusive on the tear though it did show some fluid. He drew off 19cc of fluid and injected 9cc of cortisone. The plan now is to see how it works out for her. She says the relief she'd gotten from the shot immediately after is amazing.
