Looks to me like ROK is acting like a bit of a cry baby. Sort of like DSP envy. If they can't have this 56K market, then they seem intent on spoiling it for everyone else. (Suing Bay, not cooperating on standard, thumbing their nose at Townshend) Let's face it another year of delay in adopting a standard here, and 56K is going to be yesterday's standard anyway.

I thought they were in the business of making money for their shareholders. Ultimately I think they are only shooting themselves in the foot. Just think where this all might be if there had been a cooperative effort from the beginning. But I guess if pigs could fly then my portfolio would be considerably higher at this point.
