Thank you. I am trying to understand the term "immunogenicity" versus the "5 criteria". Wikipedia (ahem) says "Immunogenicity is the ability of a particular substance, such as an antigen or epitope, to provoke an immune response." Okay, so I read that as the ability of a drug to produce a particular reaction in the body - though I don't understand how that can be evaluated without clinical trials. The "5 criteria" is more clear (I hope) to me - they seem to refer to the drug itself and the contents of same - without referencing a human reaction. Am I correct in my suppositions, or can you correct/clear things up? Thank you.
