Limited search, that is the problem. Too much money throw to paleontologists in the US, one would think that old reptiles inhabited the US only. That is not the case. They do not make correlations. If there are too much people concentrated in the region G. Khan plundered, it is just natural that there are a lot of people there could be traced back to him. Another man, doing the same that G. Khan did (which any man anywhere could have done) on a isolated island of the south Pacific would leave much little amount of descendants. Why? Because they interbreed instead of breeding across a vast swath of land.
