HI RR! Just sitting here pretending that we are all sitting around the porch trying to see who can keep their mouth shut the longest. CJ lost, he was first to speak. :-) Has turned cool here early. There goes the property value. What property value? :-) Actually all is well. Lot of foreign money coming into our real estate. Some pretty good deals down here. I heard the other day that a 250,000 house went for $2.00. You can only imagine what that does to the rest of the houses on the block. It is all about taxes and insurance now. Hope your Holidays are going well, and that you and your family will have the best Christmas ever. I guess ya been busy splitting wood for the fireplace. :-) The Very Best to you and yours.
