Bob Ellis, the Lents/Saninas/Booth team did a tremendous job coming
out with their recent string of press releases.

I don't think they handle it wrong, only the timing was unfortunate.
Some market forces were at work pushing the stock price down. This
could probably be due to forced liquidation or the selling
activities of the REG-S shareholders who acquired their shares
before the TWT merger. They are unloading now after the 45 days
holding period. In any case the selling should be drying out by now.
I don't think Salinas and group would want ISGI to have anything to
do with REG-S anymore... just read the the following excerpt from
their last 10Q:

> "It is anticipated that TWT will become cash flow positive as soon
> as the quarter ending September 30, 1996," stated Don Booth president
> of TWT. "In addition we are confident that we will be able to fund
> our own growth and working capital through our internal operations
> and lines of credit."

You will recall that the company did indeed funded its acquisition
of 5 additional switches through its own line of credit.

If you ask me, I would say the current price level is about as low
as it would go. How could any profitable company be trading under
a dollar...even if the outstanding shares numbers 100+ million.
Just like water finding its own level, I am sure the stock will
find its own level after the current selling dries up.

About revenues and profit for the coming quarters...
the last press release in effect stated that recent contracts
will start showing results from October and November 1996 onwards.
So here are my estimated numbers:

REVENUES 1996 REVENUES 1997

Jan-June = 30+ =30+ 72+

July = 5 )
Aug = 6 )=18 36+
Sept = 7 )

Oct = 9 )
Nov = 11 )=32 36+
Dec = 12 )
------ ----
80+ 144+
------ ----

I do not have any idea on how to work out the net profit for the
current quarter (July-Sept). Maybe somebody can provide some ideas.

Reverse Takeover must surely be the original objective, since the
other divisions are not really doing that well in the first place.
I am sure these other divisions will be sold/spin off in gradual
stages IMHO.
