BS, your theory is like the Global Warming theory. No matter what evidence is shown, you just say "But that's just weather, just a royal family, just another exception to my racist rule that the English are contemptible". A few years ago the global warming East Anglian experts were saying "Get used to no snow because English children have seen the last of it". Now they are saying, "All that white stuff is the fallout from Global Warming pumping megatons of moisture from the tropics to England". Meanwhile, I'm outa here.
