if you don't exercise them- they can get redeemed- let's say you don't have the money, etc- or the company hit the strike price but did not stay above the price per details in the rights offering {wt offering} there a few details and i would suggest that you discuss such with a professional- i would never hold until expiry take my quick 50-100% and run like the dickens- taxi
