The tech stocks may still be caught in a downdraft. Maybe Greenspan will be positive for a change and help the situation out. I sort of expect for more pessimism to build before we start turning up. "The market climbs a wall of worry" is often the case and we are just starting to see many investors turn worried. A subdued rally could occur before the end of the month but the major break-out won't occur until companies start reporting better than currently expected earnings outlooks. The Asian Flu and fears over wage price inflaiton are still lingering in the US market.
