I guess I will respond to myself.
It turns out the supply-chain management software conference is this week and the stocks are beginning to move:
ITWO up $3
Manugistics up $2 3/4

Peoplesoft/Red Pepper acquisition is getting panned by at least one analyst as he believes that Red Peppers lack of independence will keep it from forming relationships with strategically important partners (Oracle, SAP, Baan etc...)

This area is going to be hot.
