Probably true, but certainly true of the federal government.

So, why in hell do you want to give them even more responsibility?

With few exceptions government f*cks everything up. And even when they get it right, as Bush did with Medicare Part D, the liberals will come along later and f*ck THAT up, too (as was done with Obamacare closing the "donut hole", the very thing that made Part D such a resounding success).

Our government fails because of liberalism.
