The issue is quite simple. Why did the press release omit the fact that J. Colin Robbins was the former President of the now defunct Robbins Feed and Fuel Ltd?

Well, you see what the market thinks of the whole thing. There must be TOTAL transparency. When will CEO's learn that? They think stockholders are stupid and they don't have to put out the information totally straight and honest. Also, not a word about sales. When will CEO's learn the market says, "SHOW ME THE MONEY"?

How many times have there been great ideas and great products that failed because of lack of funds?

The fact is John can sell from one processor and that is approved for only six months. Anything else is spin. What in the world is the problem with getting the air permit? Everything is so great, where is the air permit? The solid waste permit is another thing. We understand having to get that. But the air permit. Has that not been a given for a long time now? Well, where is it? The spin get a pps down over 17%. Beat to tell it like it is.

Since the Robbins Feed and Fuel Ltd plant was bought by JBI Inc this year from J. Colin Robbins' father, Glenn Robbins, it's not something that should have slipped Bordynuik's mind, dont you think?

What's your issue with the family connection?

Is there a family issue, this keeps being brought up, what are you implying. Should JB have referred to him as cousin Colin. Is there a family conspiracy? What's the issue?

Is the family all involved in the scam, is their goal to be in prison for family reunions? Is Collin coming on board so he can have JB's back (no pun intended) when they are in the joint when the conspiracy/scam comes to light. I don't think we have to worry about JB's Aunt standing on top of the fuel blending site screaming at the SEC, "Say hello to my little friends".

If there is an issue, be clear on what it is.
