Was Colin one of the consultants who received stock as compensation in the past year... I'd say it was quite likely, given that Glenn Robbins seemed to have a role in in the deal. The acquisition did close (as per the Feb PR), we have possession, and our staff* has been working there preparing it for fuel.*
