Of course; all politics is local.

It was actually more restrictive than Med Mary. I think Med Mary was a 25 plant limit, while this was 25 square feet of growing space. Also, it allows one oz, while Med Mary is 8 oz, which will apparently get you on a plane in SF or Oakland instead of jail.
