A simple answer.....don't you think the reduction nuke warheads by the US and Russia is good for both countries and the rest of the world.....? There will still be enough left to incinerate the planet many times over. Do I need to show the list of names of prominent Republicans that supported the treaty, eg the last six Republican Sects. of State. Both Bush presidents, the Joint Chiefs, Sect of Defense, Colin Powell....

Of course, to you doing anything of such importance during the Xmas season is sacrilegious....
