He refused to serve in WWII unless he was confined to the Pacific Theatre of War ONLY, saying to Roosevelt "He had no problem killing YELLOW people, but i can't kill Germans" Roosevelt refused his request to serve in the Pacific Theatre ONLY, therefore Lindbergh did not serve. He also couldn't understand why people were upset about the Holocaust. His wife that is source on much of this, said she ceased to Love Charles long before his death, as she realized he was seriously flawed, emotionless like a machine, coldblooded/heartless.Max
