Tri-O-Clean is PRIVATE. They got some money from EPRI (Electrical Power Research Institute). EPRI has asked OZON if they could give them money too. OZON declined; seems as though EPRI takes a BIG royalty for its rather small investment. And, OZON feels that they are better off joint venturing with the utilities directly as opposed to joint venturing with a trade association. I think their position on this is certainly BEST for the shareholders. (The utilities themselves don't take a royalty; they just give their industrial users rebates for installing ozone systems OR provide better financing terms on the equipment.) GO OZON!!!
