who, besides Reza, is taking a leadership role in making changes in Iran? I'm talking Iranians who would step in and lead once the religious leaders fell?

There doesn't seem to be a coordinated effort to cause the revolution in Iran...nor to lead them to a secular non-authoritarian government.
