Hard to say from that blurb what the end-of-life planning consists of, but if it is for Hospice-type programs and education about them it is money well spent, I've been to the Hospice in the area where I work quite a few times to see clients and have been amazed at how they keep patients with terrible cancers comfortable during their final days, but didn't fully appreciate them until my dad was dying at home ... they provided a level of service that was astonishing ... a refill in medication would be at the door within an hour ... there is no sane argument that can be made against them.
