SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 1996--NVID
International Inc. (OTC BB:NVID) announced Wednesday favorable
results of a side by side comparison of their non toxic liquid
disinfectant, Microsafe (F-7), against one of today's leading
disinfectants, LYSOL(r) BRAND disinfectant spray (Manufactured by
Reckitt Coleman).
The results showed that Microsafe (F-7) equaled or exceeded
LYSOL(r) BRAND disinfectant spray in killing dangerous bacteria
WITHOUT the toxic effects and environmental hazards of LYSOL(r).
Tests showed Microsafe (F-7) to be effective in killing 99.998% of
the following bacteria after 10 seconds of contact time:
1. E Coli 0157:H7
2. Salmonella Cholersuis
3. Staphylococcus Aureus
4. Listeria Monocytogenes
The company will produce Microsafe (F-7) as a topical spray to be
used in similar applications to LYSOL(r) without the toxicity. Other
applications include: Anti-microbacterial hand soap (health care
industry standards), anti-microbacterial wash (liquid & ointment) and
an anti-microbacterial and fungicidal shampoo.
