That misrepresents the facts.

WWII we had to fight.

Vietnam. Establishment dems started it and liberal dems through LBJ out. And in ht eend it was conservative Republicans that wanted to stay and liberal dems who wanted to leave.

Those are the real facts.

Bush started both Iraq's and Afghanistan war.

But the overriding thesis is that the majority of conservatives supported all of those wars while the majority of liberal dems opposed them

Think liberal versus conservative, not Republican versus dem.
