Remember the guy here who said it was the poor's own fault, that they should be investing along with Goldman Sachs?

There are many on SI that reflect the national disdain for "others."

The kicker to me is that people in other nations are much happier than in the US. Here, 'tis better to be RIGHT than HAPPY.

We are an addictive society, and our gov't is fascist. Of course it's dysfunctional, and of course we are paying the price. Now we are printing money, and defaulting on our mortgages, as a way to continue the charade.

Incredible to have Christmas sales jack up in the face of the eroding jobs picture and stagnant to declining wages. They must be giving out free shots of whiskey at each entrance to the mall, and at various kiosks along the corridors.

Or maybe the flu shots are corrupted, like Roguedolphin squeals ad nauseum, except not to kill us, just make us crazy shoppers.
