I am talking about the number of conservatives and the number of liberals who supported Vietnam, and both Afghanistan and Iraq wars.

Not the Gulf war or WWII. Most liberals I think felt those wars were justified.

I am talking about a personality type, a state of mind about the military.

Do a poll today with liberals and conservatives that ask: "should we leave Afghanistan"? what do you think you would get?

I would guess over twice as many conservatives as liberals would say for us to stay.

Trying to say dems are more militaristic than Republicans is like saying the dems voted against the 1964 civil rights act, correct but misleading, as they were ultra conservative southern dems.
