Don't worry the adjustment is coming..Just taking much longer where you live than down here...I would be going crazy if extend and pretend had been still going on in my world so I hear what you are saying..frustrating to say the least I have a remodeled house all new kitchen canalfront bought a few months ago no fixed bridges to the gulf putting on the market any day at well under $200k would have been near $450-500k in the current condition during the bubble. Most everything I have turned over is at 50% or more below peak prices and priced close to what values were a decade ago..
