Whatever happened to Plannetlotto and Interspace Enterprises?

I was an invester in Interspace Enterprises and their flagship international lottory Plannetlotto. They were a small company in LaJolla Calif that set up the infrastructure for the online lottery out of Lichtenstein around 2001-2002. They IPO'd and stocks went off then tanked all within a few short weeks. The officers of the company fled the scene and closed the LaJolla office doors. The online gaming site was up and running and holding weekly drawing and things looked very legitamate, then all of a sudden the name changed to Plus Lotto and after numerous calls to Plus Lotto, I keep getting told they have no affiliation. The web site never changed and weekly draws by the same people continued to appear on the Plus Lotto web site. I'm still hold the certificates but have never been able to find any information about what seems like worthless stock (symbol ITET). however, I've not found where they ever declared bankruptcy either, so I hold out for hope some day. i read a short article posted on this site about fraudulent transactions and a guy by the name of Edward Demante, with references to magnus timmerby also. I'd love to learn anything I can about what happened, and hope this results in some response by somebody with any information or suggestions.
