Skeptic-

How did US oil company stocks perform during the Oil Crisis in the 70's?

The Year 2000 companies will be one of the few investment areas that will provide a growth opportunity for investors prior to the crisis we all agree is imminent.

You also discount the idea that these companies will continue to provide
services after 1/1/00. I believe that the damage control/cleanup stage of this marketplace will be very profitable for savvy Y2K companies. I also believe that many of these companies will also have significant cash reserves to implement diversification/acquisition strategies prior to a decline in their Y2K revenues.

Smart money isn't always so smart..... nobody knows what the future will hold....but lets hope the future isn't chaos.....
