I thought that I was the only one who couldn't see any value here.
Welcome to the club. I know of products in the Beta stages that are targeted directly at VTSS. Unlike you I think that BICMOS will be the first to address this market. However, as you indictae CMOS wont be far behind. At that point who needs all the problems of GaAs. If GaAs was cost competitive than Si would not have kicked its butt in every market where the two have attempted to co-exist. I think VTSS revenue and profits will be good for about another 6 months to maybe 9 months. At that point we need to PUT/SHORT this puppy all the way back to the DOD has beens club.
